This dataset consists of privately owned enterprises in which state-owned enterprises or government-held capital accounts for at least 20 percent, including state-owned enterprises under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, businesses directly invested by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and reinvestment businesses of enterprises under the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
