This document provides statistics on the air quality measured at general automatic air quality monitoring stations established by the Environmental Protection Administration at the national and county/city level. It includes the concentrations of suspended particles with a diameter of less than 2.5 micrometers (g/m3), suspended particles with a diameter of less than 10 micrometers (g/m3), sulfur dioxide (ppb), carbon monoxide (ppm), nitrogen dioxide (ppb), and pollutants of ozone (ppb); and the total suspended particle concentration in the air reported by local monitoring stations established by local environmental protection agencies. The concentration of ozone is calculated as the arithmetic mean of the maximum hourly values for each day, while the concentrations of other pollutants are calculated as average values.
