Standard Time for Statistics: The first quarter refers to January to March, the second quarter refers to January to June, the third quarter refers to January to September, and the fourth quarter refers to January to December.3. Classification Standards: Horizontal classification is based on "treatment results" and "disability levels," while vertical classification is based on "disability category" and "gender."4.
