Note
The URL for the API documentation that complies with OAS standards is: https://data.fda.gov.tw/opendata/exportDataList.do?methodopenDataApi&InfoId13Note 1 The permissible amount of dithiocarbamates is calculated as CS2 and is applicable to the total residual amount of dithiocarbamate pesticides, including: 1. Residual dimethyldithiocarbamates from the use of ziram (a component of Yisui), metiram (mandipropamid), and dimethyldithiocarbamates from sankel. 2. Residual ethylenebis(dithiocarbamate)s from the use of mancozeb, maneb, propineb, ferbam, and cufraneb (a component of copper). 3. ETM, thiram, and ferbam. Note 2 The permissible content of benfuracarb is applicable to the residual amount of benfuracarb that does not produce metabolites, residual benfuracarb that produces metabolites, or direct use of benfuracarb. Note 3 The permissible amount of iminoctadine is applicable to the residual amount of iminoctadine, iminoctadine triacetate, or iminoctadine tris(albesilate). Note 4 Residual pesticide-related isomers are calculated in total amount, including:1. The permissible amount of cypermethrin is applicable to the total residual amount of cypermethrin and alphacypermethrin. 2. The permissible amount of cyfluthrin is applicable to the total residual amount of cyfluthrin and beta-cyfluthrin. 3. The permissible amount of fenvalerate is applicable to the total residual amount of fenvalerate and esfenvalerate. 4. The permissible amount of metalaxyl is applicable to the total residual amount of metalaxyl and metalaxyl-M. 5. The permissible amount of metolachlor is applicable to the total residual amount of the S-enantiomer and R-enantiomer of metolachlor. Note 5 1. The annotation "*" in this table does not represent the range of crops that can use the pesticide, and is determined by the quantitative limit set by the announcement inspection method. Except for pesticides that have a residual permissible amount set for specific crops, other crops should comply with this provision. The applicable range includes the same quantitative limit of the inspection method, for example, dry aromatic plants and other herbaceous plants are applicable to the provisions of others (tea)*. If there is a modified inspection method, the latest announcement shall prevail. 2. Starting from January 1, 2023, "others (vegetables)*" corresponds to category I of the announced inspection method sample types, "others (grains)*" corresponds to category II of the announced inspection method sample types, and "others (tea)*" corresponds to category III of the announced inspection method sample types. Note 6 The permissible amount of dimethoate is applicable to the total residual amount of dimethoate and omethoate. The residual omethoate should also comply with the permissible amount of omethoate. Note 7 The permissible amount of phosphine is applicable to the residual of aluminum phosphide, magnesium phosphide, and zinc phosphide, or the direct use of phosphine.
