For the purpose of transplantation, the handling or preservation of human organs (including human tissues, cells) and their derivatives should apply for the establishment of a human organ storage facility (referred to as the storage facility) in accordance with the regulations for the management of human organ storage. After the institution has submitted the application in accordance with the regulations, and has been approved by the agency through document review and on-site inspections, it may be granted a permit for the establishment of a human organ storage facility, and the list will be announced online according to the process.
