The requirements for talent in the petrochemical industry
The Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Bureau is now opening the "Petrochemical Industry Talent Demand Conditions" dataset for public use. To sustain the sustainable development of the petrochemical industry, the government advocates for high-value development to enhance industry competitiveness and increase the added value of the petrochemical industry. In 2012, the Executive Yuan approved the "Petrochemical Industry High-Value Development Promotion Plan," aiming to increase the R&D ratio of the petrochemical industry to 2% by 2020 and thus requiring higher-quality professional manpower to drive the high-value development of the petrochemical industry. In order to provide the public and relevant organizations with an understanding of the trends in talent demand in the petrochemical industry and to align with the government's promotion of open data, the "Petrochemical Industry Talent Demand Conditions" dataset is now available for download, including professional talent supply and demand surveys, key job openings, basic educational requirements, professional abilities, and talent issue countermeasures. Welcome everyone to make full use of it.
