Explanation: 1. The land grade adjustment rate assessment table for this property is effective from July 1, 2020. 2. Properties in this city shall be assessed according to the land grade adjustment rate assessment table and the land grade table for each district (as attached) based on the house number. If there is a change in the house number, the original land grade will continue to be used until reassessment by the New Taipei City Real Estate Evaluation Committee. 3. For houses within the "Taipei Water Source Special Zone" and "Debris Flow Zone", the land grade will be reduced by two levels unless there are special circumstances, in which case it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 4. The land grade adjustment rate will be reduced by two levels for houses along the perimeter of public construction sites during the construction period. 5. The land grade adjustment rate for houses with superficies rights will be reduced by two levels. 6. For new streets not included in the "Land Grade Table", the adjustment rate should be based on the adjustment rate of intersecting or parallel streets, taking into account their commercial prosperity, traffic and transportation, etc. 7. Except where the grade table has other provisions, houses within alleys will have the land grade adjustment rate reduced by one level based on the land grade adjustment rate for the house. 8. For properties in this city with a land grade rate of 100% or higher, the reduced land grade rate of houses within alleys and lanes must not be lower than 100%; for properties with a land grade rate of 90% or lower, the reduced land grade rate of houses within alleys and lanes must not be less than 80%. However, this does not apply to cases where there are explanations corresponding to items 3 and 4. 9. If a property simultaneously meets the criteria for explanations 3 and 4, only one may be applied.
