1. When applying to use the facilities at the New Taipei City Hakka Cultural Park, those approved by the New Taipei City Government (hereinafter referred to as "the government") Hakka Affairs Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "the Bureau") are required to pay the fees and deposits as shown in the attached table.2. The government, its affiliated agencies, and schools organizing events at the aforementioned facilities that are approved by the Bureau are exempt from paying the venue usage fee.3. The facility usage times are as follows: Morning session: 09:00 - 12:00 Afternoon session: 14:00 - 17:00 Evening session: 18:00 - 22:00 Agencies and schools co-organizing events as mentioned in the preceding clause are eligible to receive a half-price venue usage fee and to be exempt from paying the deposit.
