The contents of this project mainly include: 1. Construct and implement a questionnaire survey on China's technology managers' indicators, and analyze the impact of the industry's research input/output, professional technology transactions, operational digitization, and response to the general economic environment; 2. Target Conduct quantitative economic measurement and qualitative display of the direct benefits, industry-related benefits and social benefits in key scientific and professional fields; 3. Grasp the changing trends of technology trade in China's key industries, analyze the possible causes of technology trade surplus and deficit, and make cross-border comparisons; 4. Thoroughly understand Through real-time staff services, expert symposiums, interviews and seminars, we will compile the advanced opinions of experts from all walks of life and the research results related to this project, and put forward relevant strategic suggestions.
