According to Article 12 of the Trademark Law, the trademark competent authority shall publish a bulletin to record registered trademarks and related matters. In accordance with this public procedure, the bulletin opens up trademark right alteration bulletin information, such as extended trademark right registration, trademark right transfer registration, trademark right authorization registration, and other announced items, presented in single-page scanned image TIFF file format.
