In accordance with Article 12 of the Trademark Law, the trademark authority shall publish a bulletin containing registered trademarks and related matters. Accordingly, the public process opens the bulletin information on changes in trademark rights, such as announcements of trademark right extension registrations, trademark right transfer registrations, and trademark right authorization registrations, with each change item presented in a 1 XML file per bulletin volume.
