Under the provisions of Article 36 of the Patent Law, the facts to be examined for application shall be published in the patent gazette. According to this public disclosure procedure, patent right change gazette data is opened, including approved patent right change data, such as cases where objections are established, and cases where application rights are withdrawn, presented in single-page scanned image TIFF files.
