Under Article 36 of the Patent Act, the facts for examination of the application shall be published in the patent gazette. According to this publication procedure, patent right change gazette information is made available, including approved patent right change information, such as cases where objections are established and cases where application rights are withdrawn, with one XML file for each published volume and one change item.
