According to Article 36 of the Patent Law, the facts of the application should be published in the patent gazette. This public procedure opens the patent announcement gazette bibliographic data, and publishes the names of the applicants, inventors, and agents who have been approved for the patent, as well as the invention abstract and the scope of the patent application in individual XML files.
