Under Article 36 of the Patent Law, the facts to be examined should be published in the patent gazette. According to this public procedure, the bibliographic data of the patent announcement gazette is made available, including the names of the applicants, inventors, and agents of the patented invention, as well as the invention abstract and the scope of the patent application, presented in one XML file per gazette issue.
