Under Article 36 of the Patent Law, the facts to be examined shall be published in the Patent Gazette. This public disclosure process makes available the bibliographic data of the open patent application announcement, including the names of the applicants, inventors, and agents for approved patents, as well as the invention abstract and the scope of the patented application, presented in multi-page scanned image TIFF files.
