Under the provisions of Article 36 of the Patent Act, the facts to be examined for the application shall be published in the patent bulletin. In accordance with this disclosure procedure, the patent gazette shall provide explanatory information on the implementation of the approved patent, technical means for solving problems, the effects of comparative prior art, main uses, and other items, presented in multi-page scanned image TIFF files.
