The Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Bureau conducts a "Key Industry Professional Talent Demand Survey" to focus on mid- to high-level professional talents with high added value or productivity in key industries. The survey estimates the demand for professional talents in the short to medium term (1-3 years) to facilitate timely resource allocation, promote the development of professional talents in industries, and assist in industry growth. This report tracks the current development, talent demand, and resource utilization of the domestic design service industry (including commercial design, corporate identity system design, graphic and visual communication design, packaging design, industrial design, fashion design, multimedia design, and other specialized design services), in order to understand professional talent trends and issues related to the deepening and expansion of professional capabilities. We welcome widespread use of this information by all sectors.
