The Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is now opening the "2018-2020 Offshore Wind Power Industry Professional Talent Demand Survey" dataset. The adequacy of industry key talents is one of the key factors in the development of the industry. For the overall national perspective, industries that have development prospects or significantly affect the national economy not only involve a large amount of national resources, but their success or failure will affect future economic growth for several years. Therefore, investing in the development of professional talents in the offshore wind power industry will be a key factor in the industry's growth. Promoting the development of professional talents requires understanding the domestic talent demand situation first, in order to effectively predict whether existing talents can support industry growth and assist the government in allocating talent development resources to key professions lacking domestically. In order to provide the public and relevant agencies with an understanding of the demand for professional talents in the offshore wind power industry, the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs has specifically set up the "2018-2020 Offshore Wind Power Industry Professional Talent Demand Survey" dataset, providing convenient access to the survey results of the professional talent demand in the offshore wind power industry. In line with the government's promotion of open data measures, the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is now making the estimated number of optimistic, moderate, and conservative talent demand survey results for the offshore wind power industry available for download, and welcomes everyone to make extensive use of them.
