To promote the sale and service opportunities of goods and services produced by organizations and institutions for the welfare of persons with disabilities. Each agency should, within 6 months from the start of the fiscal year, submit the total amount and ratio of the goods and services items specified in Article 3, Sections 1 and 2 of the "Regulations for the Priority Purchase of Goods and Services Produced by Institutions for the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities or Sheltered Workshops in the Previous Year" to the Department of Social Welfare and Family, Ministry of Health and Welfare, as the basis for announcing the results.
