International frequency resource management policy observation and research commission commissioned research follow-up expansion
To assist in the layout of frequency resource planning, it is necessary to understand the frequency resource management frameworks of international organizations and various national regulatory authorities, frequency allocation methods, analysis of international spectrum application trends, and research and planning of future spectrum usage. This research will analyze the frequency resource management frameworks of major countries and regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, France, European Union, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and mainland China, and gather information on policy adjustments made by various governments in response to decisions such as WRC-23. The study will also investigate frequency allocation methods, international spectrum application trends, and future spectrum usage planning, supplemented by roundtable discussions or interviews to gather perspectives from industry, government, academia, and research sectors. Based on the comprehensive research findings, feasible recommendations will be made in response to the national situation for the reference of our country's frequency resource management policy, in order to improve the telecommunications regulatory system.
