The 39th Taiwan Area Improvement Project for Accident-Prone Road Sections
This project uses 2019 Taiwan road traffic accident data (A1 and A2 categories) for statistical analysis through the Road Safety Information Platform to identify accident-prone areas. The findings are then reported to county and city road safety joint committees for review, and after consolidating the reported accident-prone areas from the joint committees, written reviews or on-site inspections are conducted with relevant units to propose improvement measures based on the characteristics of each area.
