Research on the Sentencing of Drug Trafficking Cases - Centered on the Influence of Constitutional Court Interpretation No. 112 Tai-Shang-Dec-13 on the Sentencing
The Dangerous Drugs Control Act provides severe penalties for drug trafficking, particularly the provision that those who sell first-class drugs may be sentenced to death or life imprisonment. On this basis, Constitutional Court judgment No. 13 of the year 112, declared the above provision unconstitutional and scheduled it to be invalidated in due course.
