Processing of overseas reports is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies.2. In order to promote the wide dissemination of information obtained by our personnel traveling abroad and facilitate public sharing, our personnel traveling abroad on official business are required to send the approved electronic files of the overseas reports to the information network within three months from the date of return, in addition to registering the relevant information of the overseas reports. They are also required to schedule a time to invite colleagues from our agency to share their experiences of traveling abroad, to promote mutual exchange.3. Making this overseas report information public can promote information sharing in various sectors and provide a platform for exchange.
