According to the regulations of the "Comprehensive Handling Guidelines for Overseas Reports of the Executive Yuan and Its Affiliated Institutions," these personnel should submit an overseas report within three months from the date of return and make it publicly available on the official website for public inquiry. The website is established and maintained by the National Development Council as a government information disclosure platform, providing central government overseas report inquiry, browsing, and full-text download services. The content of the overseas reports is the responsibility of the reporting institution.
