Since 2013, various "patent infringement review practical case study seminars" have been held, and in 2014, "corrections" and "technical reports" were included in addition to "infringement review practical cases," and the name was changed to "Compilation of various patent cases and infringement review practical case study seminars." From 2015, discussions have been expanded, and in addition to making partial textual revisions to comply with the new amended Patent Act, enforcement regulations and related examination standards, the content was also updated to provide table format and added "Title Abstract," "Patent Law Regulations," "Standards" and annual indices for ease of reading, searching, and statistical analysis by various readers.
