In accordance with Article 5 of the Regulations for Continued Participation in Labor Insurance during the Medical Leave Period for Occupational Accidents, for insured workers who continue to participate in insurance after leaving their jobs due to occupational accidents, 20% of the insurance premium is borne by the insured person and 80% is borne by the Labor Insurance Fund within 2 years from the effective date of the initial insurance coverage. After 2 years, the insured person and the Labor Insurance Fund will each bear 50% of the premium.
