Venue usage charges: (1) Events hosted by the Hakkas Affairs Bureau of the Taoyuan City Government (hereinafter referred to as the government) are exempt from charges. (2) The government and its affiliated institutions and schools, approved by the Hakkas Affairs Bureau of the government for special projects or collaboration, are entitled to fee reduction. (3) For public interest or special circumstance applications, approved by the Hakkas Affairs Bureau of the government for special projects, a reduction in venue usage and equipment fees is applicable. Other items (air conditioning, lighting, cleaning fees, additional power charges, security deposits) are charged according to the listed amount. 2. Ticket holders are subject to an additional 20% venue usage charge. 3. Our defined "time slot" is based on the morning, afternoon, and evening times listed in this table. If the duration is insufficient, it will be calculated as one time slot. If the venue is used in advance or beyond the scheduled time, fees will be charged proportionally to the applied time slot fees. If less than one hour is used, it will be charged as one hour, and may be deducted from the security deposit. 4. Rehearsal setup time is exempt from venue usage charges for the first time, and subsequent times will be charged at 50% of the applied time slot venue usage fee. Other items (air conditioning, lighting, cleaning fees, additional power charges, security deposits) are charged according to the listed amount. 5. Users should bear the tuning fee for piano usage, and it will be arranged by the Hakkas Affairs Bureau of the government. 6. Users are responsible for handling the moving and restoration of tables, chairs, and other equipment used at the venue. 7. Users should bear the repair costs for equipment damage caused by improper usage, or compensate according to the market price. 8. The actual rentable equipment at this venue will determine the listed equipment. 9. "Weekday" refers to Monday to Friday; "Weekend" refers to Saturday and Sunday.
