1. Venue usage fee regulations: (1) Events organized by the Hakkas Affairs Bureau of Taoyuan City Government (hereinafter referred to as the Council), are exempt from fees. (2) The Council and its affiliated institutions and schools, when approved by the Council's Hakkas Affairs Bureau separately or jointly, are eligible for fee reduction. (3) For applications based on public interest or special circumstances, the Council's Hakkas Affairs Bureau may reduce the venue usage fee upon special approval. Other charges (cleaning fee, nighttime lighting fee, deposit) shall be charged according to the listed amounts. 2. Ticketed attendees shall incur an additional 20% of the venue usage fee. 3. "Each time slot" shall follow the designated morning, afternoon, and evening times in the table. If the duration is insufficient, it shall be counted as one time slot. If the venue is used in advance or exceeds the allotted time, the proportional additional fee shall be charged based on the requested time slot fee. If it is less than an hour, it shall be counted as one hour, and it may be deducted from the deposit. 4. For rehearsal and setup time, the first time incurs no venue usage fee, and for subsequent times, 50% of the venue usage fee based on the requested time slot shall be charged. Other charges (cleaning fee, nighttime lighting fee, deposit) shall be charged according to the listed amounts. 5. The maximum consecutive usage period for the venue is one week (calendar days). 6. "Weekday" refers to Monday to Friday; "weekend" refers to Saturday and Sunday.
