The term "water supply pipe contractor" refers to a company or business that undertakes the business of refurbishing water supply pipelines, water distribution, and water usage equipment for water users. They are required to apply for a "business license" from the competent authority before commencing operations. There are three categories: A, B, and C. Category A requires a capital of over NT1 million, at least one full-time technical staff and three or more full-time technicians, and is authorized to undertake various projects listed in Article 2. Category B requires a capital of over NT500,000, with at least two full-time technicians and is authorized to undertake water usage equipment projects of up to NT1 million. Category C requires a capital of over NT500,000, with at least one full-time technician and is authorized to undertake water usage equipment projects of up to NT500,000. Qualifications, project scope, and the number of employees to be hired vary. The dataset mainly includes information such as "county/city name, township name, contractor grade, capital range, and quantity".
