Military conscription medical examination statistics form.
When conscripts receive a conscription inspection notice, they are generally required to undergo the inspection in their registered residence. However, for those unable to return to their registered residence due to studying or working in other areas, they may apply for a medical examination at their place of residence to save time and inconvenience, achieving administrative simplification and convenience. This dataset primarily provides statistics on the number of conscripts undergoing conscription inspection each month, as well as the total number, for each municipality and county for public reference.
