Datagov Opendata Platform

The popularization and high-quality development of scientific education are key to national competitiveness, and the science exhibition for primary and secondary schools is an important cornerstone in promoting scientific education. Since its establishment in 49th year of the Republic of China, it has provided a platform for students from primary and secondary schools nationwide to present their scientific educational achievements, allowing them to compete, observe and learn from each other, and continuously stimulate students' interest in scientific research. It has become an important part of the promotion and development of scientific education in our country. The 53rd National Science Exhibition for Primary and Secondary Schools, co-organized by the museum and the Hsinchu County Government, was successfully held from July 22 to 26, 102nd year of the Republic of China. A total of 1,629 teachers and students participated, with 352 exhibits divided into four groups: primary school, junior high school, high school, and vocational high school groups, each further divided into subject competitions. Through a fair and open evaluation process, winners were selected for each group, with 22 first place entries, 24 second place entries, 54 third place entries, 71 honorable mention entries, as well as awards for best creativity, group awards, and best (local) teaching materials, totaling 67 awards. In order to transform the results of the scientific research of participating teachers and students and preserve research data, the museum has specially produced an album of the works exhibited at the 53rd National Science Exhibition for Primary and Secondary Schools of the Republic of China, with the hope that after publication, it will be uploaded to the "Science Exhibition Hall" website of the museum, providing various sectors and students with reference materials for online viewing or teachers' instructional research, to enhance research capabilities and improve the level of future exhibits.
