"The Green Restaurant" is a kind of environmentally friendly restaurant. Due to global warming and population growth, the international community is paying increasing attention to food security issues and the need to reduce food waste. In response to the environmental trends of "food" at home and abroad, the Environmental Protection Agency adjusted the focus of the original "Green Restaurant" promotion from 2019, in addition to continuing to encourage the catering industry not to actively provide disposable tableware.
