Since the merger of the city and county, the area has expanded to include 28 district clean-up teams. To provide citizens with real-time query of garbage trucks' locations and set up proactive reminders for clearing points, as well as manage vehicle movements efficiently, this plan aims to utilize technologies such as global satellite positioning systems, wireless communication, and geographic information systems to integrate and construct vehicle, personnel, route, cleaning conditions, and other related immediate information in the "real-time satellite positioning convenient inquiry and management system for clean-up trucks." The main goal is to enhance the quality of public service and the efficiency of vehicle management. The service primarily provides information on garbage collection points, including administrative districts, divisions, license plates, collection addresses, and collection methods (positioning or curb-side).
