Datagov Opendata Platform

After the conscript has completed the military medical examination but before reporting for duty, if there are doubts about the assigned physical status or if new injuries or illnesses occur, they may submit a medical diagnosis certificate from a medical institution stating that they meet the revised physical status standards to apply for a re-examination at the household registration office in the township (town, city, district) of their place of residence, at their own expense or at public expense. The township office will then forward the application to the municipal or county (city) government for review. If the re-examination is approved upon review, the designated hospital will be notified to conduct the re-examination, and the conscript's physical status will be determined based on the re-examination results by the military conscription examination committee. If the re-examination is not approved, the reasons should be stated and the conscript should be notified.
