The Ministry of the Interior's National Conscription Agency is responsible for handling the basic training of substitute service conscripts across the country in order to lay the foundation for their service. The current organization of substitute service training includes four induction battalions and one directly affiliated battalion, totaling 21 companies. Each company serves conscripts, including management personnel and servicemen, with the main task of assisting conscripts in basic training with life management, conscription selection, assessment, and group courses.
