The National Eco-Linkage Green Network Project is aimed at the connected characteristics of river-sea confluence needed by migratory biota habitats. Through the screening of the "Selected Attention to Solitary Streams," a total of 224 candidate streams were obtained, because some small streams had a too small catchment area or discrepancies between land use current situation and map data and could not be covered, and some potentially large and medium-sized streams that need to be highlighted, with a river level higher than the above setting along the estuary segment, therefore, according to the relevant literature or interviews, 25 potential independent candidate streams were additionally included, totaling 249 candidate streams for the second stage screening. In relation to the 249 candidate streams, they were further identified as important migratory biota stream corridors: 1. continuous flow of water; 2. Neither side of the riverbank and/or riverbed is extensively covered with cement; 3. No difficult-to-cross materials or structures of fixed-bed works or sedimentation check dams; 4. It is known to have the distribution of 20 (including) or more migratory biota; 5. It is known to have 5 (including) or more rare species, including conservation, red book threatened, particular species (such as new record species or inadequate data), or, although the number is generally restricted to a few aquatic systems; 6. They face hunting pressure and need special attention; 7. Unique habitat types. Finally, a total of 56 important independent green network streams were obtained.
