Review mechanism for the release of radio frequencies for satellite communication entrusted research
This study analyzes the regulatory mechanisms for non-geostationary satellite radio frequency applications in major countries or regions, and by summarizing and comparing, it explores the similarities and differences as well as the essence of the regulatory mechanisms in various countries. In addition, through analyzing the satellite frequency application cases of the telecommunications industry in the aforementioned countries, it further understands the examination focus and relevant administrative sanctions of the government agencies in those countries on such applications, and proposes suggestions for revising the examination mechanisms for satellite frequency applications by the telecommunications industry in our country.
