Datagov Opendata Platform

The Water Resources Agency integrates information such as meteorological, rainfall, warning, disaster, collapse, monitoring, flood potential, debris flow, and hydrological resources, and provides KML downloads for users to understand real-time situations in "Google Earth." This dataset is linked to a KML (Keyhole Markup Language) file list, a markup language based on the XML syntax standard. Developed and maintained by Keyhole, a company under Google, KML is used to express geographic marking. Documents written in KML language are KML files, which also use the XML file format. They are used in Google Earth-related software for displaying geographic data, including points, lines, polygons, polyhedra, and models. Many GIS-related systems now also adopt this format for the exchange of geographic data, and this data's KML uses UTF-8 encoding.
