Patients over 18 years old with chronic sinusitis who have undergone computed tomography or nasal endoscopy in the three months prior to hospital admission for surgery (disease-specific indicator).
Chronic sinusitis is a common surgical illness in otorhinolaryngology. Through nasal endoscopy, the extent of sinus lesions can be determined. Computed tomography imaging can clearly observe the detailed structure. It is recommended to complete nasal endoscopy or computed tomography imaging before surgery to ensure the safety of patients undergoing surgery. Therefore, it is advised to undergo computed tomography imaging or nasal endoscopy examination three months before surgery to monitor medical care.
