Under Article 36 of the Patent Act, the application shall be made open to the public 18 months after the filing date. This open procedure allows for the publication of the invention in the public bulletin, including information such as the applicant's, inventor's, and agent's names, IPC classification of the invention application, invention abstract, representative drawings, and scanned image files of the specification in a 1 case 1XML file format.
