Patent Disclosure (Multipage Scanned File)
According to Article 36 of the Patent Act, the application shall be published 18 months after the filing date. This publication procedure allows for the public disclosure of the invention disclosure document, including the scope of the patent application, representative drawings, implementation methods, and other items, presented in multi-page scanned image TIFF files.
