Under the provisions of Article 36 of the Patent Law, the application shall be published 18 months after the filing date. The publication procedure includes opening the invention for public inspection, including the title of the invention, the names of the applicant, inventor, and agent, IPC classification of the invention application, abstract of the invention, representative drawings, presented in the form of 1 case 1XML file.
