Under Article 36 of the Patent Law, the application should be made public 18 months after the date of application. This public procedure allows for the disclosure of miscellaneous information in the public notice of the invention, as well as any changes to the invention application, such as the entity reviewing the application after public release, court orders prohibiting the transfer or other disposal of registered patent rights, and other items. These are presented in multi-page scanned TIFF image files.
