Patent Gazette Bibliography (Single Page Scan File)
Pursuant to Article 36 of the Patent Law, the application shall be made available to the public 18 months after the date of application. This public procedure allows for the publication of the title and description of the invention, including the names of the applicant, inventor, and agent, the IPC classification of the invention application, the abstract of the invention, and representative drawings, presented in single-page scanned image TIFF files.
