Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients receiving medication during hospitalization rates - Beta blockers (disease-specific indicator).
The Health Insurance Agency has selected evidence-based medical indicator items to be made public in order to enhance the quality of medical care for patients with myocardial infarction, providing a reference for relevant disease treatment or healthcare quality; the public indicators are divided into three categories according to the treatment period and quality aspect, including inpatient process assessment, assessment of continued medication treatment after discharge, and outcome assessment. These include the ratio of inpatients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) undergoing LDL cholesterol checks during hospitalization, the medication ratio for AMI patients during hospitalization, and within three, six, and nine months after discharge, as well as the ratio of emergency room revisits within three days of discharge due to the same primary diagnosis or related condition, and the unplanned readmission ratio within fourteen days of discharge due to the same primary diagnosis or related condition.
