The Health Insurance Agency has selected evidence-based medical indicators to be made public in order to enhance the quality of medical care for patients with myocardial infarction. These indicators will serve as references for related diseases and healthcare quality when seeking medical treatment. The public indicators are divided into three categories based on the treatment period and quality aspects, including process evaluation during hospitalization, evaluation of continuous drug therapy upon discharge, and outcome evaluation. This includes the ratio of AMI patients undergoing LDL lipid tests during hospitalization, medication ratios for AMI patients during hospitalization and within three, six, and nine months after discharge, emergency room revisit ratios within three days after discharge for the same main diagnosis or related conditions, and unplanned readmission ratios within fourteen days after discharge for the same main diagnosis or related conditions.
