Whale and Dolphin Research Related Results Report
This series of reports summarizes a series of surveys conducted on the whale and dolphin resources in the waters of Taiwan from 2019 to 2021. The core objective is to understand the distribution, population size, and habitat use of whales and dolphins in the waters of Taiwan through systematic population and resource surveys, and to explore the relationship between the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins and their ecological systems. The research aims to track the health status and trends of the Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin population in the long term, and provide a scientific basis for conservation decisions for endangered species.
