After the implementation of the Patent Attorney Act, the Intellectual Property Office published on its website various patent attorney-related regulations, including the Patent Attorney Act, the method for exempting qualified individuals from taking all subjects of the patent attorney examination, the professional training methods for certified individuals, the fee standards for patent attorney certificates, the examination rules for the specialized examination for technical and vocational professionals, the pre-employment training methods for patent attorneys, and the disciplinary measures for patent attorneys, in order to provide reference for various sectors.
