Our country's Integrated Circuit Layout Design Protection Act was established and announced on August 11, 1995, with a total of 41 articles. The 14th, 27th, and 41st articles were amended and announced on June 12, 2002, and went into effect on the announcement date. In order to enhance public understanding of the Integrated Circuit Layout Design Protection Act and related legislation, the Intellectual Property Office provides the "Integrated Circuit Regulation Information" dataset on the government's open data platform to help the public understand the relevant laws and regulations governing our country's integrated circuit layout design protection and to promote technological development and enhance national competitiveness.
